There will be Road Closures in Place from 1 pm when setup can safely begin in the streets. Stalls to be set up and vehicles removed out of the road closure area by 4:30pm. At 6pm the street parade will begin from the Cherry Street Entrance of Freeling Recreation Park, making its way up Hanson Street to ANZAC PARK. There is to be NO MOVEMENT of vehicles around the road closures of the event from 4:30pm. After 9pm once your stall is packed up DO NOT DRIVE into this area without checking with Security or a Committee Member before moving your vehicle closer to your stall to load.
SELECTION PROCESS & CRITERIA
We are looking for a variety of stalls, with as little duplication as possible.
We will endeavor to include a variety of stalls for various ages (children through to adult). All stalls must be ‘family friendly’. Freeling Christmas Street Party reserves the right to refuse applications that do not meet our criteria or who we feel are not suitable for a family atmosphere.
Applications will be accepted until 31st October 2024.
First round of acceptances will be given out 22nd September 2024.
Second round of acceptances will be given out October 10th.
All remaining applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by the 10th November 2024 at the latest.
