We are now bringing together this event for 2022 and are looking to our local businesses for sponsorship support. For those who have previously sponsored and/or supported the event by holding a stall, we thank you all very much – and for the benefit of any new businesses we will give you a brief outline.

This is a non-profit, community-based event ran by a small committee. Our feedback in 2021 even with Covid Restrictions and a change in Location was extremely positive and we hope in 2022 we can continue to grow and receive that positive feedback and with less Covid Restrictions enjoy a carefree night.

The night includes stalls, predominantly run by local Clubs and residents – as well as rides and entertainment. Father Christmas makes the night also with some freebies for the kids. We run a major raffle, which will include as always 1st prize of a trailer filled with goodies followed by approx. 9 other prizes in varying values. It is here, along with other incidental costs we meet along the way why we seek your support which can be in any form such as a gift voucher or an item, or possibly a monetary donation which we could then use toward purchasing items to place in the trailer or your sponsorship cash donation could go towards our entertainment or rides costs.

All sponsors will be acknowledged for their support. Your business logo will be on our Facebook Page and Website as soon as we receive your pledge/payment gaining you promotion before our flyers and posters go out to the public. If your donation is towards our Major Raffle or supports our Event in a Major way, then your business name will be included on our Flyers and Posters and on a Poster displayed at FCSP Stall on St Party Night as well as on a Banner displayed at our Music Entertainment Stage.  If your donation is smaller such as providing a service on the night then you will be acknowledged on our FB Page and Website but not be included on our Flyers and Posters.

The benefits of sponsoring the FCSP from your business is that not only are you contributing to make it a fantastic family-friendly community event, but it is also a cost-effective opportunity to promote your business to a broader audience (with an attendance on the night of visitors from all over the district not just Freeling) – it’s a cheap way of getting your business name out there – as the committee promotes our sponsors on our FB Page and Website. A Certificate of Appreciation to place in your business place will be given to all Sponsors.

As we intend to begin producing raffle tickets by the end of September and flyers by early November to begin promotion of the event to the public, if you can assist us, can you please advise what support you are able to provide by the 31st of August 2022 and this will ensure you are promoted for the entire campaign. Obviously if anyone misses this initial date, we would still accept any assistance with open arms, however they may miss some of the initial promotion – but would be included from any point of entrance onward.

The date is set for Friday 16th December – beginning at 4pm – with the street being closed from 3pm. The food stalls plan is for them to all be located together in a “Food Precinct Area”. Further stalls will be located within close proximity to the main shopping area. Father Christmas will also have a special seat at the end of the Parade near the band setup.
