The Freeling Christmas Street Party (FCSP) is a non-profit, community-based event run by a small committee which estimate would have an attendance of 4000 people. We hope in 2023 we can continue to grow with a move BACK TO THE STREET where it all began.
The date is set for Friday 8th December 2023 – beginning at 5pm at Hanson Street/Gray Street Corner.
The event night includes stalls as well as rides and entertainment. Father Christmas makes the night also with some lollies for the kids. We have a major raffle of approx. 10 prizes. It is here, along with other incidental costs such as rides and equipment hire, why we seek your support.
All sponsors will be acknowledged for their support. Your business logo will feature on our Facebook page and your business name listed on our website, as well as featuring on our flyers and posters which go out to the public. If your donation is towards our major raffle or supports our event in a major way, then your business name will be included on our flyers and posters and your logo on a poster displayed at FCSP stall on the street party night, as well as on a Sponsors Banner displayed at our music entertainment stage. If your donation is smaller such as providing a service on the night then you will be acknowledged on our Facebook page and Website but not be included on our flyers and posters.
The benefits of sponsoring the FCSP from your business is that not only are you contributing to make it a fantastic family-friendly community event, but it is also a cost-effective opportunity to promote your business to a broader audience (with an attendance on the night of visitors from all over the region not just Freeling) – it’s a cheap way of getting your business name out there – as the committee promotes our sponsors on our Facebook page and Website.
All sponsor’s children or grandchildren will be given a free ‘Ride All Night’ wrist band to enjoy the rides available on the night.
